What is Education World’s delivery process?

We will deliver the parcel to your home, via Australia Post Receipted Delivery. You will be required to sign for delivery of your order.
In the event you are not at home, a card will be left advising you of collection details.
In the event you have not collected your parcel from Australia Post within 2 weeks then your parcel will be redeemable from Education World, 5/9 Yampi Way, Willetton, 6155.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to deliver in stock orders within 10 business days. During our peak times such as the Back to School Period, orders can take longer. To ensure you receive your orders before school commences Internet orders during Back to School should be placed before 23 December, 2011. Issues outside our responsibility may impact on delivery.

Can I fax, post or email my booklist in to Education World in Willetton?

Yes, although it is much easier to order online.  Education World offers a FREE delivery for online orders placed before 23 December, 2011 making online ordering before then the opportune time to save money.  This year a Going Green Fee $7.50 will commence to apply to faxed, posted or emailed booklists.

What happens if I leave my ordering until closer to the commencement of the school year?

We welcome all booklist ordering and at any time convenient to you.  However, ordering before 23 December, 2011 will ensure you receive all your purchases on time for  the start of the school year.  Orders made after 15 January, 2012 will also incur a Late Processing Charge $14.95 so the best time to order is on or before 23 December, 2011 to guarantee delivery before school starts and to save money.
